Body Experiencing
Releasing the residue that holds in muscle and breath — a slow return to safety in the nervous system.
Body Psychotherapy · Sofia, Bulgaria

“Between stimulus and response there is a space — and within that space, the body waits to be heard.”
A guiding principle

MARGARITA KIRKOVA, BODY PSYCHOTHERAPIST
On the practitioner
For over a decade I have accompanied women and men through the slow, attentive work of returning to themselves. My training spans somatic experiencing, bioenergetic analysis and contemplative dialogue.
The room is small and unhurried. We move at the pace of the nervous system, not of the calendar. What emerges is not a fix but a quiet re-acquaintance with the self that has been there all along.

The work
Each session weaves these threads in the proportion the moment asks for.
Releasing the residue that holds in muscle and breath — a slow return to safety in the nervous system.
Movement, grounding and voice as a language older than words. Listening to what the body has been carrying.
Conversation woven with attention to gesture, posture and pause — meeting the whole person, not only the story.
Beginning
A short note describing what brings you here. No detail required, only honesty.
An initial 75-minute session to sense whether the room and the work feel right.
Weekly or fortnightly sessions, in person or online. Length is decided by the body, not the calendar.
Appointments
Sessions are held in Sofia or online. A first meeting lasts 75 minutes. Choose the way that feels easiest — write, call, or use the form below.
An invitation
I reply personally to every message, usually within two days. A few honest sentences are enough.
